South Park Joins Tributes To Late Isaac Hayes

The creators of South Park have paid tribute to the late Isaac Hayes, world Health Organization played Chef in the popular sketch series.


A message on the cartoon's internet site, which is accompanied by a scene of Hayes' character in the picture, reads: �Isaac Hayes Memoriam: 1942~2008�


Hayes, world Health Organization was 65, died after suffering a stroke at his home in Memphis on Sunday (August tenth). The singer was establish unresponsive by family side by side to a treadmill.


The tribute from creators Trey Stone and Matt Parker comes despite their relationship with Hayes having soured in recent years.


In 2006, Hayes proclaimed that he was going the programme after eight years because Stone and Parker had ridiculed his belief in Scientology in one episode.


They responded by killing the character off in unrelenting fashion.


The popularity of Hayes� role in the animated cartoon brought him fresh chart success in the UK with �Chocolate Salty Balls�, which topped the charts.
